Division of responsibility
This split determines who is responsible for which data:
- For marketing site and account data (demo request form, account registration, billing details), the controller is the entity identified above.
- For client clinical data (session notes, assessment results, client files), the controller is the clinic or therapist using the service. We act as a processor for that data and process it only on the customer’s instructions.
The terms of that relationship are set out in the Data Processing Agreement.
Requests
You may exercise your rights under KVKK Art. 11 by contacting the email address above. Requests are concluded within thirty days at the latest, in accordance with Art. 13 of the Law.
